Output Buffer: off

When I was trying to install nuke sentinel it told me that "output buffer: off" and it told me to goto the php.ini file. Do you know where I can find that file? Thanks.

Editing of the php.ini file is not available for free hosting, as all settings are made server wide rather than on a individual user basis. If this is a non-essential condition then you'll probably just have to skip it, otherwise you would have to opt for a VPS in order to get that sort of access.
