Overpaid yet again

x10hosting, you've done it again. You've taken a payment for $11.95 as an automatic payment for the upgrade plan. Even though I had cancelled it at paypal, removed my website and was waiting for it to close. Please refund the $11.95. I don't want the upgrade service, and as I say, I had cancelled it. Twice actually because I cancelled it on my dashboard as well as in paypal. I'm getting tired now, this is the second time you'll have had to refund me.

You have to cancel the automatically payment from your own PayPal account. This is a subscription service and that is currently how this is cancelled. If you have any issues cancelling this via your Paypal service please let us know.

I have refunded your payment as requested and downgraded your package.

Thank you for the refund. I did cancel in my paypal account. I don't know why they let it go through when I had cancelled. I even had an email from them confirming that it was cancelled. And I cancelled it in my X10hosting dashboard.
