oxwall is not sending emails

hi,

i've installed oxwall software using softaculous and it installed successfully, but the site is not sending emails. there is no error and the response shows that the email is successfully sent by the site.

Administration has identified the issue and is now working to repair it. Emailing should be functional soon.

The issue came from a slight firewall and email queue misconfiguration.
