oxwall updates fail

Hi can anyone help with updating the plugins in oxwall
when I update the plugins it goes to a blank page and does not update the plugin.
ftp seems to login fine
The site is new I have never had the problem before with oxwall

im having exactly the same problem...what could it be...please advise. cant configure any plugins whatsoever...
