OXWALL::: uploaded files cannot be read

Good Day! I am encountering problem regarding with the oxwall, uploaded files cannot open or read while using filemanager in cpanel, files can be read. I think they have different url address, so help me out. Thank you God Bless.

Hi,

We recently made some changes to the options that we allow in .htaccess files. The file at /public_html/ow_userfiles/.htaccess contains "Options All", which the server disallows. Please edit this file in your cPanel File Manager or by using FTP, and remove the "All" option.
