I have a Dual-CPU Pentium 4 530 3.00GhZ Prescott 775-Pin (E3000)pprocessor (no overclock), in a AsRock 775i65G board.
It keeps overheating - just now it hit 98C (208.4F) before shutting off. I've already tested all the parts in another computer, except for the motherboard and PSU (20pin ATX rather than 24pin). I know it's not either, because I've had them less than six months.
Any ideas?
EDIT: By the way, I forgot to mention - this is the idle temperature. Even if I could keep it on long enough to load it, I wouldn't.
