The new free hosting package will be released tonight, which will include unmetered diskspace\bandwidth.
Because this package will have different specs from our current plans we will not be forcing people to upgrade to it. After the details are released, if you want to upgrade you will just need to open a thread in the support forums requesting it. Community advocates will have the ability to upgrade your account for you. I would suggest giving them a +1 rep if they upgrade you

All new accounts starting tomorrow will be on the new package automatically. You will not be able to switch back to the old packages once you are on a new one.
The rest of the details will be released sometime later tonight, anywhere from 4 to 6 hours.
