Page access

I have problem with accessing to my phbb3 page. It's allways white screen, and i can't even install it.
I tryed to change subs.php but i can't find source folder. I've already upgrade my php version to level 2.

The page is loading fine for me; I'm redirected to the "install" directory. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or preformed a hard-refresh?

i am redirected to install dir too, but the page is blank

edit: i erased all coockies and it works. Thanks
