page cannot be displayed server busy

Page was working great then all of a sudden people began seeing this message

I checked bandwidth and size allowed and I am way inside the limits. Have I done something wrong broken some rule or something?? Do I need a pay account? PLEASE HELP ME. THIS LOOKS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF ME TO PROSPECTIVE SPONSORS! Thank you.

i have got 4 popular sites hosted on starka and starka is down.

Well at least it's not just me. Misery loves company.
JK, but at least I know that I haven't done something wrong.
This is pretty frustrating as I am a new site and am trying to build viewer confidence and had my first important viewer tell me my site wasn't working. Pretty embarrassing.
Hope everyone's site gets up soon.
