Page cannot be displayed.

Hi, I am doing some work on my site and from time to time, the site is down and I get message saying "This page cannot be displayed"

I have been told my others who login to my site that the pages take so long to load, also being told that they get the same message that I get.

I have notice this from the time I started using x10hosting. I am not sure what is worng, but this slow down the work I am trying to do on the site, as well as others trying to access the site to see info.

there is problem with x10 it is too busy server so
