You are on the 'absolut' server, according to the thread provided by ct2k7, the server you're using is currently down for public view. You are still permitted to use FTP, SMTP, MySQL, etc... Anything but HTTP, which is what is used to VIEW the web pages.

That's just a direct answer.

It may be being moved onto the new server

I would also like to stress that the scripts on the page update more frequently than those on our Account Management Panel, so that may cause a little confusion as I have encountered.
