When I try to view my site or cPanel, I get a "page load error", though I've been assured by x10Hosting staff that this isn't a suspension issue. Please can someone take a look and fix this problem? Thanks.
In case it's of any relevance, I'm using Firefox v3.0.3 in Windows XP, and when I try with IE7 it comes up with a set of LiveSearch results, which I guess indicates that IE7 can't find it either.

P.S. My IP address is 78.86.50.91, in case it's a firewall blocking issue as the FAQ seems (to me) to suggest.
