Page Load Error

Hello. I have a free hosting account with x10 hosting. Frequently (about once or twice a day) my site gives me a 'Page Load Error' and I cannot connect to it. This usually goes away after 15-60 minutes but returns a few hours later. Why does it do this? How do I make it go away?

The server went down this morning and we had to reboot it which usually takes between 15 minutes and half an hour. It's not up and working. Sorry for the inconvenience. Closed.
