Page Load Error

Hi! For some reason in the last few days I have been getting a page load error when attempting to access my website. It says there was a failure to connect, that firefox could not establish a connection with the server. I was similarly unable to connect using IE. This problem seems to have appeared out of the blue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your site loads fine for me as of right now. Perhaps you checked when the server was down?

EDIT**: Also, it appears your hosting is suspended. I don't know the reason though. However, that doesn't explain it not connecting. The server you are on has been down slightly as of late though.

Thanks a lot Martin for checking this out. Glad to know that it's the server that's been spotty, not something with my account. My account has been a little strange lately though. I got suspended 8 days after logging into the forums. I put in a ticket and they said it was unsuspended, but things have been a little odd when I've tried to log in and do normal stuff.

Would you suggest I put in another request to unsuspend? From what I can see my account is in good standing. You can see I'm a bit mixed up!! :dunno: Thanks for the help!

Sorry I do not mean to contradict what they have told you. I'm sure what you've already been told is most likely to be more correct than what I've said about you being suspended or unsuspended (as the case appears). If you can't see your site because of a connection problem then it is probably down to something your end, or because of the server being down.

If you can see your site fine after that though then you're fine, however, if once your site loads but you get a page saying you're suspended - and depending on why - you can unsuspend yourself but if you can't (because of the reason) then that's when you'll need to open a new support ticket.
