Page Loading, but nothing being displayed

Hi,

i was working on my ImPortal and i was checking things. It was working fine and all i was doing was editing a post, when suddenly the post processed then went to a blank white page. i thought it was just that page so i loaded up my browser and my site wouldn't display. is there a problem with the server? thanks

It's probably a script that is timing out in your account. Try deleting the file you were working on through FTP. If that doesn't work, try logging in to your account through cPanel and restoring a backup of your account.

EDIT: Just checked your site again, and it looks like you hosed your database....

are backups made automatically or do i have to manually backup my files. I haven't backed them up before.

you have to backup your own files.

Yes, x10Hosting recommends backing up your files every week or so, in the rare case of a failure or if your account would happen to get terminated. As it has always been, you can create backups of certain directories, a full backup or a MySQL backup through the "Backup" function of cPanel.
