Page not working, but account not suspended

I cannot find anything in my account history that shows my account is currently suspended, but when I try to go to my page I get the following error message:
Your Hosting Account is Suspended
Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com.
» Go to the x10Hosting Account Panel

Please advise.

Problem: JM does not show as suspended (unsuspended 8/26 - Inactivity) but domain URL displays Suspended Page
