Hi, I've read in your forums that you have finished the migration, but my account is still down.

The control panel shows that my account is "unsuspended", and that my server is "oldlotus". Probably I'm not the only one suffering this issue, but I didn't found any mention to this problem. Instead I read that the migration of lotus server is finished.

I just want to know that you are working on it, and if possible a possible date to have ti solved.

My site was on lotus as well (tedrossin.x10hosting.com) and it has been about 3 weeks since it has been usable. CPanel access does not work either.

I'm about ready to give up and move to a new hosting service which I'll pay for.

I should note that I can't even access CPanel.
