Pages not responding

Hi There

None of my websites are responding when I try to access them

FTP seems to be working (I can upload new pages)
but then when I access any page I get a 404

^ Both the above links are the same hosting, top one is a subdomain

First one loads for me (twestesttest), but the second is a 404.

The second link is a PHP page, (As 90% of my pages are)
While the first one is a test made in HTML (Which fails for me)
EDIT: Test page no longer fails for me
ill do some more testing myself.

My other 2 main pages are;

http://petercormick.com/

they both run on index.php (As does P337.x10.mx which is obviously my hosting account URL)

Note: all pages call upon MYSQL, ive seen some recent threads about MySQL in this forum already
