I paid the $3/year non-suspension fee but my site keeps getting suspension from inactivity and even after I log into the forums again as well I still get suspended after only a few hours. Whats the deal?

I dont see why it should be suspended for 1) having paid the $3 charge and 2) I logged into the forums at 0552 prior to it being suspended at 0806.
