Paid for inactivity timer, why is my account suspended (terminated)??

Hi,

I paid for an inactivity timer sometime over the summer this year to prevent my site from being suspended, and I remained inactive until today, and found that my forum username and password did not log me in to my control panel. I am assuming that you guys have suspended it for some reason, or terminated it, and am wondering why this is, and what needs to be done to get my site up and working again.

and found that my forum username and password did not log me in to my control panel..

1. Forum username/password is not automatically the same as cPanel username/password. What is your cPanel username?
2. Does your site display when you type the url into the address bar? If not, what comes up?
3. There are reasons other than inactivity that might cause a suspension (and a termination in 10 days if the suspension is not removed).
