Paid hosting account access

I tried to log in to my account last week, to find it had been closed; I finally figured out it was because I hadn't logged in for >2 weeks. The problem is that I paid for Platinum Service (invoice #1006 on 5/2/2008), and an email to support on 7/17 went unanswered. I emailed Corey on 7/21, and have yet to receive a response. I have tried to log in to what I believe is the paid support forums (http://clients.x10hosting.com/) and it just bounces me back to the "free" forums.

What am I doing wrong?

Unless Corey has told you to e-mail him, he probably will not even look at your e-mail. He's a very busy person. I will move this to Level Two Support and see if anyone can help you there.

I unsuspended your account. The platinum service does not include the inactivity waiver with it (http://x10hosting.com/services).

Regarding Emails, I literally get over 100 per day and most are ignored as they are mostly people ignoring our rules and just Emailing me for various reasons. So, it's possible I may miss some Emails =p.

http://clients.x10hosting.com should work for you. What happens when you try to login?
