I tried to log in to my account last week, to find it had been closed; I finally figured out it was because I hadn't logged in for >2 weeks. The problem is that I paid for Platinum Service (invoice #1006 on 5/2/2008), and an email to support on 7/17 went unanswered. I emailed Corey on 7/21, and have yet to receive a response. I have tried to log in to what I believe is the paid support forums (http://clients.x10hosting.com/) and it just bounces me back to the "free" forums.
What am I doing wrong?
