Paid Hosting - Account Control Panel

I am having trouble accessing my x10 account control panel. I have paid hosting but wasn't sure where to post this issue.

Here is the error I get:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

You don't login to that site, it's for our free hosting members. You'd use http://clients.x10hosting.com/ for your paid account. Thanks for being a part of x10hosting.

Also, going to see if your account qualifies for VIP access.
