Hi, would i have limited rescorces if i registerd for your premium service ?
Also what kind of pakages do you offer i may need the top pakage.

x10 only offers 1 paid package. There are resource limits, but they are much higher than the free service and i would not worry about them unless you receive hundreds of hits a minute.
If you went over these limits, you may need to get a VPS, a dedicated server, or optimize your site
