For the past hour or so, loading has become absolutely painful. It took over 5 minutes to load the File Manager in cPanel, which it said "Data error". Data is fine, as far as I know.
I've been trying to work on the phpBB coding I just recently started to troubleshoot (poorly), and I received a new error: "all backends are down [1105]". After another painful loadup of cPanel, I see that my phpBB database and user are both missing, and every attempt to add it again doesn't work. It claims to add it, then when I click "Go Back", nothing is there.
Everything is loading at a reasonable speed now, but still the missing database and user, and inability to create new db/user.
EDIT: Problem seems to be fixed now.
