Pakistan Blocked?

I recently came back from Australia to my own country Pakistan. When I was in Australia, I registered an account over here at x10hosting but when I try to access my account or register any new account, it gives me this error:

Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date.

I would like to request the x10hosting to please unban or allow certain honest people like me to upload my site.
*I currently have a website: http://projectgen.co.cc/
But as the hosting is expensive for me I would like to switch to x10hosting. But in order to do that I would require my country Pakistan to get unblocked.

Unfortunately you will no longer be able to access your account (except via proxy). The only exception we make is if you registered an account from before we blocked Pakistan so that you can still access cPanel, but unfortunately Pakistan was blocked long before you made your account, so you will not be granted any such exception. At this time your only three options are to either a) attempt to access your account using a proxy, b) have us mark your account for deletion since you're unable to use it normally, or c) sign up for premium hosting which does not block countries from signing up, and mark to have your free account transferred over.
