Panel access ok , unknown web site

When I access the content of my web site thru the Panel the content is ok .

But when I access my site , I get the following

Delete and then re upload your index page, or better submit a support ticket to your concern department.

You need a index.html file in there, otherwise you're account will get suspended. That will also fix your problem.

There is an index.html .

So , what could be the cause of this mess ?

Make sure your index.html is in the public_html folder.

or the www folder (www is a shortcut to public_html)
