I opened a free hosting account but I used the wrong email for signup so I closed that account and opened another with proper email login. I noticed that the first account I was able to change the cpanel theme so I used the paper lantern theme. After closing that account and opening the new account I noticed I did not have the option to change the cpanel theme.

Hi jwreid,
Currently on our free hosting, we only support the cPanel x3 theme and the x10Hosting Basic theme. We may introduce support for Paper Lantern in the future, once we have applied all our enhancements to it.
You can switch between cPanel x3 and the x10Hosting Basic theme by choosing "Switch Theme" in the top right corner.
