Parked domain & email not working on starka

Since recent problems, I still have no email or website.
Cannot add or get access to parked domain bedfordpcs.co.uk.
Site bedfordpcs.x10hosting.com is working but I do not use this address.
Outlook email client with original settings tests ok, but no emails are coming through.
Using original email username, cannot login with username stated in manual configuration settings.
Please help, this has now been down for weeks!!

Login to your cPanel and re-add the domain to your account.
