parked domain error message

when i was trying to remove the domain http://sandytest.co.cc to re-add it i got the below error:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain sandytest.co.cc.

Could this be re-added to my domain please.
