parked domain error

Dear 10xhosting.com staff
i have been parked domain mangtinhoc.net on my hosting but it error
"Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: mangtinhoc.net is owned by another user. "
It is my domain and i am owner this domain.

The domain in question is currently parked by another user on x10hosting with an email from the same provider as yours. His account was permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of our hosting service, and thus the domain got locked on it.

In order for that user to have parked it on x10 they would've had to get the nameservers set at the registrar and then park it here. It's stuck on their account and as far as I know we can't remove it, as only the domain owner would've been able to park it properly.


If you ended up making a multiple account, be warned in advance that multiple accounts aren't allowed and all duplicate accounts can be suspended without warning. In any case there might not be much we can do with that domain, but I'll escalate it up so staff can look and see if there's a way to unpark the domain on a frozen account.
