Parked Domain Error

Its been a couple of hours, trying to park a domain to my website and this pops up

Could not determine the nameserver IP addresses for “robloxapi.cf”. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

its registered with FREENON (people that do .tk) and the nameservers have been set to x10s for a while

while I 'see' you have set the nameservers to [ NS1.X10HOSTING.COM ] and [ NS2.X10HOSTING.COM ] - at [ http://whois.domaintools.com/robloxapi.cf ]
I do not 'see' them on the Internet (yet) - at [ https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/robloxapi.cf ]
this could be a issue with your registrar 'FREENON' and/or x10hosting's cpanel
try to use cPanel x3 (not x10hosting Basic) to setup your you domain

clicking the "Switch Theme" button in the top right corner (after you log-in) - you can choose between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and [ cPanel x3 ] themes
