I have free hosting account with subdomain "subodh.x10hosting.com".
I have domain "subodh.info" parked to above subdomain.
In recent 3-4 days, users cannot reach to my site, instead they see cpanel screen as :
Code:
[B]Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server[/B]

I tried to remove this domain from my cpanel account. But it gives following error:
Code:
Error from park wrapper: subodh.info is already configured.

Please, kindly look into matter. I want the domain pointing to above mentioned subdomain.

You will have to wait for an Admin or Senior Staff, and they will help you by deleting the entry in WHM, so you will be able to park it again.

Yes one of the Senior Staff or Admins will need to login to WHM and remove the enrty. It may have been deleted from your account, but the DNS entry still exists.

That DNS entry has been deleted. You should be able to add it through cpanel again.

You need to point the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com for it to work

If you aren't already using the mail for the domain, put up the ns records until cpanel adds the domain, then switch back.

Or change the MX record after you park or add-on the domain.
