Parked Domain Help

I have "vaktija.co.cc" domain on x10hosting and I want to park domain "vaktija.com.ba", but my service provider of this domain don't allow to add or modify actual Name Servers (NS records). But I can change DNS of this domain.
So, can I now park "vaktija.com.ba" domain changing DNS configuration??? I'm trying but without result.
I'm searching a lot on x10hosting forum and google but without right answer.

I want to know if It's possible or not, if yes how to do It?

Please help me.

You should be able to park the domain using cPanel. That will tell x10hosting where the domain is.

If you cannot change the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com but you can edit the nameservers provided by your registrar, adjust the A record to 69.175.121.66 ... which is boru , where your account resides.

EDIT/ADD: Just noticed that you did the second part already.

OK, but I'm already do the DNS configuration and there are the settings:
1. Name: vaktija.com.ba; TTL: 14400; Class: IN; Type: A; Data: 69.175.121.66
2. Name: *.vaktija.com.ba; TTL: 14400; Class: IN; Type: A; Data: 69.175.121.66
There is no other records (MX, TXT...).

But when I go to my cPanel and try to park domain it gives me an error:
'There was a problem creating the parked domain.', Details:
'Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.'

When I go to "vaktija.com.ba" it redirects to "x10hosting.com".

What I must to do now?
