Parked domain problem

For around a week now, when I access my site at nickcampion.de, all that appears is the cPanel success page.
When I went to my parked domain section on cPanel, my domain, nickcampion.de was gone.
I tried to re-add nickcampion.de, but an error continuously occurs stating that another user is currently using the domain which is un true.
As I say, this problem has been presistent over the course of a week now and the problem shows no signs of improving.
