I would like to know why i'm trying to park my registered domain rcinformatica.com.pt to the free hosting and i'm always receiving this error message:

Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

The problem is that my domain is fully registered for years and always worked fine.

I had the trouble to clear in my registrar all the dns name servers that i had in my domain because it was parked in another server provider. Since I did that, now that my domain is clear i'm tried to park my domain and i'm receiving the error

"Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

What can i do to fix the problem? If i can do anything?!

Thank you very much for your help.

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

You need to first set those in your DNS Panel with your domain registrar then add it to either add on or parked

Hello!

Thank you for your reply. But I've already did that. And in my registrar I've received this error:

The server is not autoritary for the domain;ns1.x10hosting.com

That's why i can't setup the ns1.x10hosting.com on my registrar, and i don't know what can i do to fix this.

Do you have any idea?

Thank you very much for your help.

Both sides want you to fix the other one first. The only way to make it happen is to step out of the automated process on one of the services -- an admin will have to do the setup for you at one end, then you can complete the process at the other end yourself. (Most domain registrars will allow to to set up their end "blind", which is what x10Hosting is expecting to happen.)

Hello Essellar!

Thank you for your help and for your reply.

I've already talked with my registrar here in Portugal, and they are analyzing my request. It seems it's a very difficult issue and i'm breaking all the rules. This never happened to me! So for me this the first time. I never had problems in changing my domain servers, or point to another one. But this time....

So I'm waiting for their reply to know what to do. Because i can't do much. Can I? Only wait! That's what I've been doing since a long time. Waiting!

Thank You very much!
