Parking trouble

I was trying to re-park my domain from a prior x10hosting account and got the following error:
Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: captspacebat.co.uk is owned by another user

Your old account is already gone without a trace I can find, so the domain should have been released. An admin will have to look into this.
