Password and ftp login problems

Hi, I'm trying to ftp updates to my roskam.x10hosting.com website. It does not seem to recognise my password. I use the same password to login my account details, which works well.

Just to make sure all is good, I tried to change my password, but get the following error. How can I get my password for ftp working again?

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
