password in cpanel doesn't log in

I have problems with my account....
i can't go to the cpanel...the password does not log in.
But i can log in here....and it is supposed to be the same, and I'm logging in here!!!

Good info - but still begs the question as to when this will be completed. Any ideas, or are vague answers all we will get?

We are not intentionally giving vague answers. We can only pass on information which is passed on to us by staff and at the moment we do not know exactly when the work will be completed. I understand the frustration you and others are feeling and apologize for the inconvenience.
