Password not working anymore

I have tried to enter my account using the same password i used the other day. I have changed the password from the default to what it is now a while ago. i have tried the password that was sent to me in the mail upon activation and that one wont work either. please help me, by account is

What password are you talking about?



I assume your talking about the password for cPanel. For some reason, my password is not working either, and the password to the "development WHM" isn't either. So sad.

It must just be a temporary problem with the server..

But seriously, I would really like to know why I can't log in, or even access my site anymore. Not the auto-suspension-I just used the CPanel three days ago.

i got the same problem i cannot access to cpanel with my password but i can login in ftp account quite strange :S

No one, or so I think, knows what is up with the passwords not working. I think we'll just have to wait for Corey to come back, and hopefully get it straightened out.

your problem is simple,mine is so serious.

1, my site http://kybest.x10hosting.com was suspended again and again.
2,Cpanel account of that is unaviable.
3,FTP account of that is also unaviable
I don't know what happened
what shall i do?
I feel puzzled ,
my site has so many repeated and regular visitors in china

i'm gonna die.

When will be Corey back?
What happens if we cannot login to Cpanel (2 weeks from last login) and the account is suspended? (I suppose is an automatic process)

I fear I am also having the same problem; finding my password failing on cPanelX. given our numbers and the issue, as well as the other recent problems, I suppose we just wait it out and trust someone with the authority will figure it out and save us

it's always a bit of a relief to see others having the same issue. funny how that works.

its ok if you cant acsess cpanel while the server is not working correctly, it wont be counted against you... but you will need to wait and be patient until corey comes back, becasue tyler and them are trying to solve the problem but they also need coreys help, just wait it should be over reletivly soon
