Password problem

I am slightly confused.

I have logged into 10hosting.com with my account details. This allows me to access my User CP screen etc,

However, when I use my webcreation software (iWeb on my Mac) to upload my Webpage it tells me I am using the incorrect password for 10 hosting.

How can that be??

I take it this software uses FTP.
Remember to use:
Host: yourdomain.x10hosting.com
Username: your CPANEL username, not account panel.
Password: your CPANEL password.

Ensure you are not getting confused between the different passwords/usernames.
