Password problems

Ok So im having some problems with my account logging in cpanel andftp. I sent a password reset and it hasnt come yet.

Username: randomtr
subdomain: randomtr.x10hosting.com
Domain: thejetradio.com
Plan: Advanced
e-mail: seniorberns@rogers.com

You're right. I manually reset your password, but when I try it doesn't work either. I'm looking into it.
