Since I signed up for my account I have had an issue. I have not been able to login to the cpanel area at all. I thought it was a password issue so I reset the password to something new. For the past 3 or 4 days now it has said refresh and that it was updating the password but still nothing . I have open a ticket about this and it looks like no one has read it . I havnt even been able to setup my website yet on the net or even get my domain redirected . I was hoping to try out the hosting a bit to see if I like it and i was gonna possibly buy a hosting package sometime in the year .
