Password Reset Email is Not Received

Hello,

I have followed the instructions to restore access to my account by resetting the password as described in the New X10Hosting Site thread, but I am not receiving the password reset email (I have checked my inbox and spam).

Is my hosting account associated with a different email than is on file with my forum account or is there some other issue with the X10 servers at this time?

No current issues.

I did however find that your account didn't transfer correctly to the new backend, we have seen this on some older accounts.

I have manually transferred the account. I can not check what email you have for the forums though, but for the hosting there is a yahoo.com email address, starting jde**********x10 (number of chars may not match).
