Resolved Pay an Invoice

Hey all

This might seem very basic, but for the life of me - I can't find a link to pay for the hosting invoice that I have to settle by tomorrow.

Any guidance appreciated!

Yep - I can see the invoice but only appear to have an option to print it and not pay it :-(

Invoices will be automatically paid based on the subscription setup when the first payment was taken. This should be manageable via your PayPal account. If you do not see the invoice is auto paid ( via an email) after the due date please let us know.

I am having the same problem finding where to pay an invoice. I don't think I have a Paypal account, unless I was required to get one when I paid the invoice last year.

Yes if you are on our starter package you would have had a PayPal account as only that is supported currently.

My Invoice says Mailin not Paypal:

Payment Provider
536	2024-11-07	2024-11-21	$11.95 USD	Mailin

This is because it will automatically be paid via the existing PayPal.Yuo do not need to do anything and this will auto pay.
