Payed for service but do not have an account

I paid for X10 hosting last week with grand total of 100 dollars USD. I have all my account information I used and I have a statement saying that the money was taken from my paypal account. However, the site will not allow me to log in and it doesn't even recognize my email address as one registered. I want to know what has happened so I can have some hosting service or my 100 dollars back.
