Since 2003, PDXLAN has organized and sold out consistently the West Coast’s largest and most-sponsored LAN events, hosting 500+ attendee events twice yearly. NVIDIA has been lead sponsor for each of the first 4 PDXLAN events, and will be the lead GPU sponsor of PDXLAN’s 5th event, drawing over 1,000 gamers to Portland. PDXLAN is unique in that it will be paired with PDXPO, the Northwest’s first technical EXPO. Additional companies attending and sponsoring PDXLAN/PDXPO are Intel, CompUSA, Danger Den, ComCast, and others.
In its booth, NVIDIA will host the official tournament machines of PDXLAN 5, and will, with help from BFG, provide 25 GeForce 6800 GTs for prizing. NVIDIA will also have on site its demo kiosks, and will host a presentation for attendees on the latest GeForce and nForce technology
