Peculiar Registration

I just registered under the following info:
Username: gmailcon
Domain: gmailconnector.x10hosting.com
Hosting Package: Corporate

I can log in to my cPanel fine, and it works beautifully, but I can't log in to the Account panel on the main x10 site, which is especially inconvenient because I need to submit an application for a PHP upgrade.

To login to the account panel you need to use your FORUM username and password.
