Pending Account Error

I'm new member on x10,but why I got error message on my account.
"An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request."
Did I do something wrong ? please I need more information about this.

I did, but it's failed again.
