Pending DNS Purge: tusecreto.x10.mx (Ref: Discord Support Request)

Hello,

I am opening this thread as requested by the support team on Discord (reference message ID: 1478891709097050203).

The issue:
My subdomain "tusecreto.x10.mx" is currently stuck as a "Ghost Record" in the DNS zone. My previous account was deleted, but the record was not purged, which prevents me from adding it to my new account.

Clarification & Apology:
I would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion caused when I previously contacted the registrar (Openprovider). It was a mistake due to a misunderstanding of how the internal DNS zones work. I have clarified this with Openprovider and I am now seeking a solution here internally.

Request:
Could a staff member please manually purge/clear the DNS entry for "tusecreto.x10.mx" so I can re-link it to my active hosting account?

We have confirmed this issue was resolved and updated several months ago. However, we have audited our online presence and see you have left a very negative public review on trust pilot and possibly others regarding this issue. We are requesting you remove that review to prevent us from having to revoke the domain as currently the review states we did something that is incorrect and false regarding our company.
